"Square/Kare"
Square is a geometric abstract entity, it is monotonous, static, expected, a normative form. This geometric entity represents order independent of time and space. Either standing alone or with others, square underlines the status quo with its well-defined and unchangeable geometric rules and monotony. In this project, it is aimed to search the possible intervention methods instead of escaping from this well-defined, boring order. Photography is preferred as a way of intervention to the order. It is aimed to achieve an aesthetic personal revolution against the monotony, formalism and ordinariness. With the aim of the camera and language of photography order is disturbed, it is forced to move from its strictly defined borders and stretch the rules so that it can produce joyful surprises. This abstract private anarchic investigation has been carried out with aesthetic concerns.
